Terms and conditions
- COMCAM is a trade name of COMCAM Group B.V. (from now on: the Company), based in Middelburg, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 67422837. All their assignments and work carried out by or on their behalf are subject to these terms and conditions.
- COMCAM provides its services as an intermediary. As a result, the terms and conditions of the energy supplier always apply to the energy contracts and/or products sold.
- When engaging third parties, the Company will consult with the client in advance whenever possible. The Company is not liable for shortcomings of any kind on the part of these third parties. It is entitled to accept, without prior consultation and on behalf of the client, any limitation of liability on the part of third parties it engages. Suppose, in consultation with the client, the execution of the assignment entails the engagement by the Company of a (legal) person established outside the Netherlands to perform work within the framework of the assignment. In that case, the Company will not be liable for any errors made by such person.
- The legal relationship between the Company and the client and those who use its services is subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be settled exclusively by the authorised judge in Utrecht.
- The Company has a complaints procedure which is published on its website.
- The provisions of these general terms and conditions are stipulated not only for the benefit of the Company and the lawyers it employs but also for the benefit of all its employees and all those who work or have worked for the Company in any capacity.
