Subsidieregeling Private Laadinfrastructuur bij bedrijven (SPRILA)

Subsidy for private charging infrastructure and, in some cases, battery support.

SPRILA is relevant for companies electrifying fleets, logistics, construction equipment or employee charging. The subsidy is useful only when charging capacity, grid connection, battery choices and energy contract structure are aligned. RVO raised the 2026 budgets on 2 June 2026.

2026 budget

EUR 122.5 million in total after the increase of 2 June 2026: EUR 68.5 million for charging infrastructure, EUR 45 million for batteries, EUR 9 million for public transport and coach operators

Minimum per application

EUR 2,500 subsidy

Battery support

EUR 60 per kWh (large companies) or EUR 85 per kWh (SMEs), up to 1,000 kWh per charging site

Where the opportunity is

  • AC and DC charging stations for company vehicles.
  • Charging hubs for logistics, taxi, buses, construction or fleet operations.
  • Stationary or integrated battery support where conditions are met.
  • Combining charging plans with load management and connection capacity strategy.

Key conditions to check

  • Applicant must be an entrepreneur or eligible concession holder with Dutch establishment.
  • Charging infrastructure must be on owned or rented premises and privately accessible.
  • AC charging stations from 11 kW, DC charging stations from 20 kW.
  • RVO applies different application rules depending on the subsidy amount; check the RVO page before applying.
