Fixed rates with Energy Portfolio Management
Your energy rates are fixed at the right moments. Which moments those are is decided by our analysts. This is the offer set out below.

For KHN members, COMCAM buys energy as a portfolio. Rates are fixed at moments our analysts choose, not on the day your contract happens to expire.
Koninklijke Horeca Nederland and COMCAM work together on this. You stay a KHN member, COMCAM manages your energy position.
Our portfolio manager will advise you which energy market best fits your energy profile, your risk strategy and your decarbonisation. The following options are available.

You fix your rate for a period of one, two or three years.
COMCAM offers a variable rate for gas and electricity. Rates can fluctuate sharply.
COMCAM analyses the market, buys on your behalf and sells where that applies, and carries decarbonisation and risk management into the advice.
COMCAM is not an energy supplier. COMCAM is not an intermediary either. COMCAM is an Energy Portfolio Manager.

We offer a fixed annual price through 2028. Through the energy supplier with the sharpest proposal at that moment. We can do this because of our good contacts with all suppliers. We know what is possible at any moment. We are supplier-independent. Energy is our core business.
What is your rate from 2029 onwards? That depends on the market, on your business and on the choice made by our COMCAM analysts. When applying, make sure you are free of contract on the requested start date.
COMCAM analyses the energy market.
We take the buying and selling of energy off your hands.
Decarbonisation and risk management are part of our advice.
COMCAM provides continuous certainty in energy. Energy rates are fixed at the right moments. Which moments those are is decided by our analysts.
For feed-in, a number of suppliers charge a higher standing charge and possibly an additional feed-in surcharge per kWh.
For supply and feed-in on a large-scale connection, trading can take place on the short-term market, EPEX or the imbalance market.

You can use our offer for several addresses. Note that you must be a KHN member at those addresses.
If you are not a member for an address, you pay a surcharge on top of the supply price. The surcharge is € 0.05 per m³ of gas and € 0.01 per kWh of electricity, with a minimum of € 250 per connection per year.
Our supply rates exclude energy tax, Opslag Duurzame Energie (ODE), grid operator costs, VAT and any other mandatory levies or surcharges. Those are the same at every supplier.
We arrange everything for you as soon as the signed mandate reaches us. This is what that means.
We check all the details you have submitted. If anything is incomplete, we contact you.
As soon as all details are correct and complete, we register you with the supplier.
The supplier runs a credit check on a new customer. Where necessary we contact you with questions, or if a security deposit is required.
Once the supplier has approved, we buy the energy for your business.
You receive a supply confirmation. The new contract starts on the stated start date, or as soon as possible after it.
COMCAM is then your partner for all portfolio management and decarbonisation of your business. If your energy consumption deviates, or you expect it to, we would like to hear that from you straight away. That way we can arrange everything needed with the supplier or with the RVO.
Does your hospitality business use more than 50,000 kWh of electricity or 25,000 m³ of gas a year? Then the energy-saving reporting obligation requires you to carry out every possible energy-saving measure with a payback period within 5 years. You also have to report to the RVO every 4 years which energy-saving measures you have carried out.
As a KHN member and energy customer of COMCAM you do not have to arrange this yourself. COMCAM arranges it for you free of charge. An advantage of € 750.
Are you a member of KHN but not yet an energy customer with us? Then we offer this support for € 350 per location. An additional advantage for you as a KHN member.
Ambient lighting indoors and out, heating, fridges, freezers, the kitchen: a hospitality business uses a lot of energy. Simple measures can already save you a great deal of energy.

The capacity of the Dutch electricity grid is under pressure. Congestion occurs more and more often. In other words: there is temporarily too little capacity for supply and feed-in. That calls for attention to the solutions that are still available. We can advise you on this.
