A capacity limiting contract starts from a firm transport right that you agree to give up temporarily, at the grid operator's request and against payment, when physical congestion is expected. Activation runs day ahead through GOPACS. A congestion service provider is the market role, recognised by TenneT, that holds the contract and steers the flexibility on your behalf. COMCAM operates as a recognised congestion service provider and takes on that role for you.
